Not only will you be a hero if you donate, but everyone who donates will get a ticket to the Phoenix Comicon on May 25-26th! If you are over the age of 16, you can donate. Stop by Room 112 and get a Donor Permit and make an appointment with Mrs. Arend. Give Blood-Be a Super Hero!! "

ATTENTION SENIORS! Graduation is right around the corner. Just a reminder you must be clear in the bookstore BEFORE Graduation practice. SEE MRS. HUERTA TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE. Seniors: Graduation Caps and Gowns may not be decorated for graduation. Please make sure your gowns are ironed or pressed so everyone looks great come graduation night!

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS………….. The Sports Assembly invitation list is posted in the front office, please take a minute to see if you are invited to attend. The Sports Assembly will be Wednesday, May 10th at 6pm in the PAC. If you have any questions see Mrs. Huerta in the front office. Thank you!

ATTENTION Students …. Because We Care Tickets are now on sale in Mrs. Foster's room 115. Do not wait to purchase your tickets! Tickets from Mrs. Foster are $20. They will be $25 at the gate.

Juniors – This summer is your last chance to attend the GEAR UP Summer Leadership Camp at NAU from June 11 to June 16! If you are interested see Mrs. Gilmore in the GEAR UP office for an application – space is limited so stop by today!

Scholarship: Juniors the Fleischer Scholars Program is now accepting applications for the W.P. Carey School of Business. This program offers a great opportunity to learn about college life, entrepreneurship and business. Scholarship: University of Arizona Summer Engineering Academy is open to students 9-12 grade who have interest in areas of engineering. Students should express a strong interest in Math and science. Scholarship: FFA Scholarships are available to youth pursuing careers in agriculture. Information and applications are available at http://www.ffa.org/participate/scholarships


SCHOLARSHIPS: High school seniors, current college students, or graduate level students attending schools anywhere in the U.S. can apply. The general application process begins in January each year and students are advised to apply early to qualify for the most awards. Some award deadlines begin in February and some deadlines are as late as May. Scholarships are available for two-year and four-year colleges and universities as well as technical and vocational schools. www.azfoundation.org


Scholarship: Plaintiff Relief is a nationwide scholarship for high school seniors who will be attending a post-secondary institution in the fall. This is a $1000 scholarship. Students must demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, participate in community service activities and demonstrate financial need. Scholarship: Seniors NPC Friends and Family Winslow Centennial Scholarship is now available to apply too. Two scholarships worth $250 each will be awarded to a member of the class of 2017 for the fall of 2017. Students must enroll in at least 6 credits, have a 2.5 high school gpa, have earned their diploma and in good academic standing. See Mrs. Brown for an application deadline is June 12, 2017


Scholarship: Seniors are you planning on attending the Institute of American Indian Arts in Sante Fe? The IAIA will be hosting a summer bridge program just for incoming freshmen The program is 4 weeks and it is FREE! Students will stay on campus and earn college credits. Scholarship: The Mike Rowe Works Foundation is offering the 2017 Work Ethic Scholarship Program. Seniors must be planning on attending a 2 year college, vocational, technical school or approved technical institute in a trade related program. Scholarship: Standin' On The Corner Foundation Scholarship is now accepting applications from seniors who will attend a college, university or community college in the fall and have at least a 2.5 gpa. Deadline is April 30th, see Mrs. Brown for an application


Scholarship: Rotary Club is now accepting applications from seniors who will be attending a vocational/technical school, college or university in the fall. Deadline is May 1st, see Mrs. Brown for an application.


Scholarship: Horatio Alger Association is now accepting applications for its Career and Technical Scholarship. Students must demonstrate financial need, and be enrolled in a program in fall of 2017. For more information and to apply application.horatioalger.org deadline is June 15th


Scholarship: Next Generation Service Corps Scholarship helps students fill in tuition gaps. Students can receive a monthly stipend up to $250 for 10 months. For more information visit psa.asu.edu deadline is 6/1/17

Scholarship: Wells Fargo Scholarship for Undergraduate American Indian and Alaska Native students is offering a $5,000 scholarship. Must have at least a 2.7 gpa. http://www.aigcs.org deadline is 5/1

Scholarship: Native Vision Scholarship gives annual scholarships to outstanding American Indian youth, people with a commitment to education, athletics, and leadership.
